APPOINTMENT SCHEDULES
Our staff is available to schedule an appointment with you seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and our availability for coaching sessions are as follows:
Monday - Friday
Week day appointments are currently unavailable.
Saturday & Sunday
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Saturdays)
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Sundays)
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES
PAYMENT POLICY
While we are a non-for-profit organization, providing a quality service is expensive and our funding is generated solely by donations and the fees charged for our coaching services. Therefore, each client is given a three (3) hour introductory coaching session to determine whether or not they feel they will benefit from our services. This introductory period can be used at one time or broken up into three separate sessions at the client's discretion. Each coaching session thereafter will be billed at $.70 per minute and will be charged to the client's credit or debit card at the end of the telephone call.
REFUND POLICY
Our clients' satisfaction is very important to us and if at any time you feel that our services are not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund of your fees from your final coaching session at which time your case file will be categorized as closed. In the event you should decide at a later date to resume using our services, you will be re-billed for your final call and your file will be reopened.
