Natasha Lawson is Co-Founder and CFO of Christian Relationship Coaching, Inc., and co-host of Courtship & Covenant.  Natasha was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.  She completed her undergraduate studies at Lewis University, a Christian based university, in Romeoville, Illinois.  A committed wife, mother, teacher and student of God's word, she has been ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ for more than 10 years and is extremely passionate about seeing Christian men and women experience success in their personal lives.

Shantha Deavens is Christian Relationship Coaching, Inc.'s Director of Event Planning.   Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, she is a single professional, a devote Christian and is committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and enhancing God's Kingdom.  As Director of Event Planning she works closely with the Director of Marketing and is responsible the administration and organization of CRC's seminars, social functions, and fundraisers.
